Our interpretation of a jogging shoe is a flexible supportive shoe with cushioning. Ideal for the run or just daily walking. The two most common types are neutral or stability (pronation control). We normally recommend neutral when used in conjunction with a custom orthotic insole. If in doubt please consult your local footcare practioner. Most of the cross-trainers are stiffer in the forfoot than a jogger, so we seldom recommend them for actual jogging.
